Oasis C Ya In Hollywood aka Peanut was located in the row of stalls that was just beginning to burn.  At first glance, Peanut did not appear to have any major injuries, just a bit of hair burnt on his rump.  However, after being thrown in a round pen with a stallion, it was discovered that he had more severe burns than was previously thought.  Peanut was rushed to Agri-pet later that morning.  Dr. Krausher cleaned his burns and began topical therapy.  After a few days, Peanut was pretty tired of sitting in a barn all by himself and it was decided that the team at Oasis Farms could care for his wounds.  On Friday, Peanut was transferred to another facility where his care continues.  He was happy to see some of his friends.  We will be posting updates on Peanut as his status changes.
